I walked into Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World simply looking for any kind of comedy anywhere and much like the central character in this film I left not finding any at all.
This is one of those movies where you stay till the end to see what the fucking point is, just hoping it gets better, when really you would have been better off walking out.
I’ve never actually walked out of film, but this is one of the ones I wish I had.

The only thing this movie has going for it is the indian hottie who plays the female lead, but I’m sure I’ve seen her in a decent movie, so there really isn’t much point.

If you want to find some comedy you’d have more luck dropping a banana in the street and waiting for someone to slip on it than you would finding anything truly funny in this film.

I’ve been looking for a decent subnotebook for a while now.

At the moment I’m using a 10inch Toshiba portege 3010CT, which is pretty good for just surfing the web and checking email, but is still reasonably sluggish given it’s only 266MHz and only 96MB of RAM. It’s got 2 PCMCIA slots but I can only get 1 working, and at the moment the wireless card is in there so I can’t use my compactflash adapter with1GB card.

Anyway, here is a list of the notebooks I’ve found so far. If you know of any other good ones please leave a comment and let me know.

So at the moment the battle is between a 2nd hand Libretto L5 10inch

An Averatec AV1050-EB1 10inch

An ASUS Z33A 12inch

And a powerbook 12inch

And then there is the Dell Inspiron 710m, 12 inch.

And out of all of these the Mac has the best graphics card for gaming!
Looks like I might be turning to the dark side.
